Insulated Glass Units
Our IGU’s consist of two or more glass lites separated by a spacer bar that creates a hermetically sealed cavity filled with air or argon gas to reduce heat transfer and improve energy performance.
Garibaldi offers both traditional aluminum and warm-edge spacer systems, as well as our advanced Reactive TPS® technology, a robotically applied thermoplastic spacer that chemically bonds to the glass. This innovative system delivers exceptional argon retention, structural durability, and a refined aesthetic that seamlessly complements any frame colour.
Backed by extensive research and development, our IGUs are available in a range of configurations, including premium sputter-coated post-temperable products, Low-E, tinted, reflective, annealed, laminated, and tempered thermal units. Each is engineered to meet evolving performance standards while supporting architectural freedom and long-term reliability.
